Manulife EFAP: An improved online experience for your plan members
We’re introducing exciting digital enhancements to the Manulife Employee and Family Assistance Program that will make it easier for your plan members and their families to get the support they need.
We know that life has its challenges and the Manulife EFAP is there to offer the right support at the right time to help keep members and their families healthy and at work.
- A modern user-friendly platform, accessible through any device, including Homewood Health’s mobile app
- Easy access to online content, such as e-Learning, articles, videos and podcasts, tailored to each user based on their profile and interests
- 24/7 live chat with one of Homewood Health’s specialists
- E-counselling and E-therapy, including innovative online cognitive behavioural therapy* (iVolve)
*iVolve is only available as part of the paid program
With these new services, members will truly be able to get support when they need it and in a way that works best for them.
How will plan members get access to the new EFAP experience?
If your group plan includes the Manulife EFAP, you now have access to the new improved experience. Plan members can continue to access the EFAP through the Manulife plan member site or at manulifeEFAP.com. They’ll automatically be redirected to the new platform.
