If you believe you or someone upon whose behalf you are acting has unclaimed property (insurance, investment or savings products) with Manulife or its predecessor companies, you can request a search by completing the form below.
It will take up to 30 business days to process your request and notify you of the result.
For an active policy/account with Manulife, please direct your enquiry by calling the number listed on your product documentation.
To protect an individual’s privacy, authentication of your identity will be required to confirm that you have a right to the information and/or funds. Manulife must be satisfied of claimant's identity and entitlement to any funds prior to releasing such funds. Therefore, any claimant will be required to provide the required pieces of identification and other required documentation, upon request. In addition, if you are acting in a representative capacity, you will be required to submit a copy of the document that provides you with the authority to make the request.
