Select the sign-in page according to the product(s) you have with us: Group plans (through your employer), Individual insurance coverage, Investments, or Manulife Bank.

Group Plans

If your group insurance and/or retirement plan is through your employer, find your sign-in page below.

  • Go to your Group Benefits account to check your coverage(s), and/or submit a health, dental, life or disability claim.
  • Access your Manulife Vitality Group Benefits. You’ll need to sign in to your Group Benefits plan first (this Vitality sign-in page is for Group Benefits Vitality members only).
  • Access your Group Retirement or VIP Room account to check your balances and/or make changes to your RRSP, RPP, DPSP, EPSP, NOREG or TFSA plans.

Insurance

To sign in to your individual insurance coverage or submit a claim, choose from one of the three options below (according to the insurance type).

  • Go to your Manulife CoverMe® (including Flexcare® and FollowMe®) SecureServe® sign-in page. It's the same for your alumni, professional or retail  group (i.e., Costco, CAA), to submit a health/dental claim, or to review your coverage.
  • Access your Manulife Vitality wellness program with your Manulife ID (this Vitality sign-in page is for individual insurance Vitality members only).
  • Submit a travel claim from this sign-in page, whether you purchased the policy through a travel agent or through CoverMe. (To cancel a travel plan purchased in error, please contact the vendor directly.)

Investments

Sign in for 24/7 real-time account access to market values, holdings, and transactions.

  • Sign in and find information or documents that include historical data, statements, confirmations, and tax receipts.
  • Sign in and find information or documents that include historical data, statements, confirmations, and tax receipts.

Manulife Bank

Sign in to manulifebank.ca to access your bank or credit card account(s).

  • Access your bank account from here to do your everyday banking.
  • Sign in here to check your credit card account balance, transactions and review your statement(s).
