Getting started as a new plan sponsor

Use the secure site to manage your group benefits plan and complete daily plan administration tasks.

After sign in, you can:

  • Enroll members – Add new eligible members to your employee benefits plan
  • Update member information – Centrally update key details including salary, class, coordination of benefits, or employee status (e.g., terminations or leaves)
  • View billing and statements – Download your billing reports, monthly statements, and invoices at your convenience
  • Access forms and materials – Reference administration forms, brochures, and marketing resources
  • Set up pre‑authorized payments – Download or request a Pre‑Authorized Deposit (PAD) form

To view a member’s coverage details, date of birth, hire date, or other information, sign in to the secure site and search for the member by name.
Note: Your available view and permissions may depend on your access level.
