Activation keys: deactivated!

We’ve made it easier for plan members to register their online accounts.

  • Plan members no longer need an activation key to register. 
  • Previously, a new member had to wait to receive an activation key before they could finish the process and access their account.
  • The NEW, simplified registration process will give plan members a better experience. By making it easier to access the site, we’re encouraging more members to use self-serve solutions, like online claims. We’ve also made email a standard part of site registration to enable easy communication.

We have evaluated the new process and confirmed that five points of personal data is enough to securely validate member identification, without the activation key step.
