At the end of the first year of membership, fees for a renewal of your membership will automatically be charged to the credit card on file with NiaHealth unless you cancel your membership directly with NiaHealth.
Your results will have no impact on your current life insurance coverage. That said, like other medical tests you elect, a decision to take one or more lab tests made available through NiaHealth, and the results of those lab tests, may need to be disclosed in any future application for insurance coverage, unless prohibited by law, and thus could affect your access to future insurance coverage and the price of such coverage.

Manulife does not receive individual results from NiaHealth, nor does it know which customers have taken the lab tests. For purposes of research, validation of assumptions and evaluation of future health and wellness offerings, Manulife may receive aggregated and deidentified data from NiaHealth from time to time. Manulife is not an affiliate of NiaHealth. Services related to the lab tests are administered by NiaHealth and its thirdparty providers. Manulife does not provide medical advice, is not involved in the services provided by NiaHealth and is not responsible for the accuracy or performance of such services.
Mobile at home blood draws through NiaHealth are currently only available in select cities within Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. Lab visits are available in Manitoba and Ontario at any Dynacare clinic. These services are not available in Quebec.
Access to the discount offered by NiaHealth is only available to registered Manulife Vitality Plus members who have completed the Vitality Health Review (VHR) for the current program year. Must be 18 years or older.
If you are already a NiaHealth member, contact support@niahealth.co to have your Manulife Vitality discount applied to any subsequent year's membership.
NiaHealth requires members to accept NiaHealth's Terms of Service. NiaHealth will not conduct testing if you are pregnant and recommend testing no earlier than 12 months post-partum.
