All you need to do to become a member is purchase one of our unique life or health and dental insurance plans with Manulife Vitality. It’s easy!
To get Manulife Vitality with life insurance
- Work with your financial advisor to choose Family Term, Manulife Guaranteed Issue, Manulife UL or Manulife Par. Your advisor will help you find the right plan for you.
- Decide whether you want a plan with Manulife Vitality Go™ for no additional cost or Manulife Vitality Plus™ for a small monthly fee and more rewards. (There is no Vitality Plus™ option for Guaranteed Issue.)
- If you don’t have a financial advisor, no worries! We can help you find one in your area.

You can purchase a Flexcare® or FollowMe™ plan from your advisor or on your own online.

Yes, there’s a free version called Manulife Vitality Go that comes automatically with the purchase of eligible Manulife insurance plans. This membership version gives you discounts on Garmin fitness trackers and Fitbit devices and the chance to win gift cards when you spin the Vitality Wheel™ or play Vitality Squares™.2 If you want more rewards and the chance to save on insurance costs,1 you can pay $6 a month for Manulife Vitality Plus. To become a member with a health and dental insurance plan, the Vitality® charge is $5 a month.
It’s pretty simple to qualify for Manulife Vitality membership. Here’s the criteria:
- Purchase an eligible Manulife life or health insurance plan
- Be at least 18 years old by the time the policy is issued
- Get coverage on a single life only

The level of savings on insurance costs will vary based upon the Vitality Status achieved by the life insured.
