If you think you, or someone you represent, have lost or unclaimed financial assets with Manulife* (e.g., insurance proceeds, investments or savings), you can ask us to conduct a search of our records. To make a request, simply complete and submit the form below. Note that it could take up to 30 business days to process your request and confirm the search results.

Did you receive a letter about unclaimed funds? When we find unclaimed funds, we send a letter to the person(s) or organization on file asking them to contact us. Once they do, and we confirm their identity, we re-issue the payment to them. We want to ensure every customer receives any money that belongs to them. We take that responsibility very seriously.
Our team answers calls for lost or unclaimed funds between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET (whenever possible). To ensure timely service, when you call, please have the reference ID from your letter ready. If leaving a voicemail, ensure your message includes your full name, phone number, plus the reference ID. We'll return your call within three business days.

Privacy
To protect your privacy and before sharing information, we must confirm your identity. You will need to provide us the requested reference ID and any required documentation. If you're acting on behalf of someone else, you will need to provide a document that confirms you have the authority to make the request.
