Who is eligible for this plan?
This exclusive offer is for Manulife Group Benefits members who are aged 18+ and:
- Are a recent Manulife Group Benefits member or were a dependant of the policyholder
- Have a valid Manulife Group Benefit policy number
- Apply within 120-days of losing your Manulife Group Benefits plan
- Have an active provincial or territorial health card
- Don’t have an employer retiree benefit program
