You’re eligible for rewards and prizes

Step 1: Sign in to your account

Sign in to your Group Benefits account from a desktop or laptop (for the best online experience).

Click Sign up for Manulife Vitality.

Step 2: Get the app

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

IMPORTANT: There are different versions of the app. Make sure you download Manulife Vitality “Grp Benefits” or “Group Benefits”. Look for the “white letter V on green background” icon.

Step 3: Take the Vitality Health ReviewTM

On the app’s home screen under the Activities tab, tap on Take the Vitality Health Review. Get insights on your current health and how you can improve it.

Step 4: Sign up for Vitality Active RewardsTM in the app

On the app’s home screen under the Activities tab, tap on Activate your weekly physical activity target. Start earning rewards for your weekly activities.

Step 5: Link your fitness device to the app

Link your fitness device to the app (list of compatible devices).

Don’t have a device? No problem. You can earn 40% off a Garmin® fitness device by reaching Vitality Silver Status. Just complete the following tasks, no workouts (or sweat) involved:

  • Mental well-being assessments
  • Vitality nutrition assessment
  • Non-smoker’s declaration
  • Vitality CheckTM
  • Prevention screenings
