Before you start, make sure you have the information listed below handy. This will make your enrolment fast and easy.
If you're missing any of this information, please contact your Plan Administrator before starting the online enrolment process. If you leave the enrolment process before finishing, your enrolment information will not be saved.
You need your company's policy number and access code. You'll find this information on your enrolment package.
You will be asked for the following details:
- the date you started with your employer* (i.e., service start date),
- the date you are eligible to join the plan* (i.e., plan entry date),
- your province of employment*,
- where to invest your money, and
- your beneficiary information.
*Required only if enrolling in a Registered Pension Plan.
Spousal enrolments (for RRSPs only)
Your plan may allow you to set-up a spousal RRSP. This online enrolment process cannot be used to enrol your spouse in the plan. Instead you will need to complete a paper enrolment form. You can print the RRSP enrolment form from the 'Forms' section of this website. Make sure to indicate at the top of the form that you're enrolling a spousal member.
