Planning Today, Shaping Tomorrow
Veronique Hupin, 42 and Michael Marler, 43, own and run Vignoble Les Pervenches, an organic vineyard in Farnham, Quebec. It is also the first vineyard in Quebec to produce Chardonnay. Running a vineyard is hard work and requires a great amount of focus and dedication. This is especially true for Les Pervenches because of the province’s cold winters and the fact the vineyard only uses non-chemical alternatives to deal with insects. Despite the challenges, Veronique and Michael have had sixteen successful harvests. Their financial goals include saving for their daughter’s education and for family vacations.
