Ipsos is running a Voice of the Customer survey – starting June 2018

Ipsos will run Manulife’s annual customer satisfaction survey starting the end of June. This survey helps us gather great feedback and insight from our customers – including group plan members and sponsors.

Here’s some information about the latest survey:

  • Ipsos will contact a random group of Manulife’s customers to participate
  • Those selected will receive an email from Ipsos asking to complete the survey about Manulife.
  • The survey is optional – those contacted can decide if they want to complete it.
  • The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.

To run the survey, Ipsos follows Manulife’s privacy guidelines and policies. We have provided only contact information to Ipsos as a contracted third party. We have not shared any information specific to products or investments.
