The Voice of the Customer Survey is back!

Last year, Ipsos Reid and Manulife launched the Voice of the Customer survey. Our goal was to better understand the needs of our customers and find opportunities for improvement. We received great feedback from the responses provided and are looking forward to continuing to hear from you and your plan members.

We’ve decided to run the survey again. This year it will run for three weeks during the month of July. You and/or your plan members may receive an email invitation with a link to the survey any time over a three-week period from Ipsos. Individual survey responses will be kept anonymous and confidential.

We wanted to make you’re aware that the survey is happening again in case you do receive an email to participate or get any questions or concerns from your plan members.
