Ipsos is running a Voice of the Customer pulse survey – November 22 to December 15

Since 2015, Manulife has worked with Ipsos to conduct its Voice of the Customer surveys. The results provide great feedback and insight to us – telling us how we’re doing and highlighting opportunities for improving the customer experience.

Ipsos ran the annual version of the survey in August of this year – and will run another, shorter survey this fall. This shorter version, called the Voice of the Customer pulse survey, will take place November 22 to December 15.

Here’s some information about the latest survey:

  • Ipsos will contact a random group of Manulife’s customers to participate. 
  • If you’re a customer, you may receive an email from Ipsos asking to complete the survey about Manulife.
  • All responses are confidential and anonymous.
  • The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

To run the survey, Ipsos follows Manulife’s privacy guidelines and policies. We have provided only customer contact information to Ipsos as a contracted third party. We have not shared any information specific to products or investments.
