Fast and easy – features for plan administration
Two enhancements now available on the plan administrator site will save time and effort.
The Send Files tool is a new feature that will streamline day-to-day plan administration. Fast, easy and secure, you can send files in a variety of formats (e.g. .doc, .jpg, .pdf, .xls) through the plan administrator website.
Send Files provides a secure way to send these and other documents to Manulife:
- Eligibility Forms
- Pre-authorized debit forms
- Self-administered billing statements
Send Files will help simplify your administration by reducing the amount of paper mail sent and minimize the time involved. This means quicker transactions and faster onboarding for your plan members.
Add Health Care Spending Account or Taxable Spending Account deposits online!
You can now add deposits to your plan members’ Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) or Taxable Spending Account (TSA) on the plan administrator website. This will save you time and effort as you no longer need to contact the Manulife Customer Service Centre or fax the information.
Simply sign in to the plan administrator site, choose My members at the top, then Add deposits. Once deposits have been added, you will receive an email within two business days with a confirmation number and an Excel report showing completed deposits. Once you receive your report, you will then be able to view your members’ balance online.
Adding deposits online means quicker transactions and a simplified new hire onboarding experience.
