Emergency Travel and Trip Cancellation Claims are going Digital

We’re pleased to announce that Manulife’s Emergency Travel Assistance and Trip Cancellation Insurance provider – Allianz – has introduced a new digital claims portal. With this new tool, members can now submit claims, upload documents and check their claims status online. It’s another way investing in digital experiences is making member lives easier!
Here’s what you need to know:
- Online claims submission: Customers can now submit claims digitally when it best suits them – any time, any place.
- Enhanced capabilities: Members can also upload documents and check the status of their claims – all online and at their fingertips.
- Everything else remains the same: Members still get the same great coverage when traveling for work or pleasure.

IMPORTANT: Members should still contact Allianz by phone for active assistance before seeking medical treatment for a medical emergency while travelling outside of Canada.
