- Eligibility: New Manulife One mortgage applications submitted within the promotional period and funded by April 30, 2026.
- Fee Waiver: Clients will save $16.95/month ($9.95/month for clients aged 60 and older) in service fees for 36 months once the account is funded.
Terms and Conditions
- This promotional offer is valid for a limited time and may be subject to change without notice.
- This offer applies only to new Manulife One mortgage applications submitted between July 1, 2025- December 31, 2025 and funded by April 30, 2026.
- The account must be maintained in accordance with the Manulife One Operating Agreement.
- The mortgage must remain in good standing.
