Get moving! National guidelines recommend that you include 60 minutes of light physical activity every day, or 30 minutes of moderate physical activity each day. This can include walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, dancing, yoga, housework or taking the stairs at work. Being physically active doesn’t have to be expensive!
