Manulife – AIC Updates

Manulife Financial Corporation announced on September 25, 2009 that it has closed the transaction to purchase AIC’s Canadian retail investment fund business.

Manulife Mutual Funds now manages AIC Funds in Canada and AIC-related Portland Investment Counsel will continue to act as fund sub-advisor for Manulife Mutual Funds.
