How to submit claims on the Manulife Mobile App

A detailed step-by-step video on how to submit a claim using the Manulife Mobile app, in an easy and secured way and that will help you save time.
On screen
Upbeat music plays in the background, then voiceover talent starts to speak, and Manulife logo appears on the screen.

With the Manulife Mobile app
On screen
The touch icon will animate in and out at the center of the screen, then a dark navy background will appear together with the animated clock icon then four green plus icons will scale in around the clock. And the “Save time” text will animate in below the clock icon. The “Save time” text and icons will exit the scene by scaling down.
The coin icons will animate in at the center of the screen by scrolling down while the “Get reimbursed fast” text animates in below the coin icons.

You can easily submit claims at your fingertips. Save time and get reimbursed fast.
On screen
A green background will slide up followed by a phone at the center of the screen. The phone together with the Manulife Mobile app homepage interface will scale in, then a new interface will slide in from the right followed by a gold square that will animate in around the Submit a claim button.

Let’s start with how you submit a claim. Log in to the Manulife Mobile app, from the main navigation select submit a claim.
On screen
The phone icon will scale down to the right side of the screen then a new interface will slide in from the right while the “Claim type” text will fade in at the left side of the screen.

Choose your claim type.
On screen
A new interface will slide in from the right while the “type” text will slide out of the scene to the left, then the “information” text will slide in below the “Claim” text from the right.

Then input your claim information.
On screen
The phone will scroll up at the right side of the screen followed by a new interface that will slide in from the right while the “Supporting documents” text fades in at the left side of the screen.
Three gold rectangles will animate in around the Take photo, Choose photo and Choose file buttons and will fade out after.

You can upload invoices and supporting documents directly on the app by choosing one of the three options under attachments.
On screen
The phone will slowly scale in, followed by a new interface that will slide in from the right while the “Supporting documents” text fades out of the scene. Then the “Submit!” text fades in at the left side of the screen.

Lastly, a gold square will animate in around the search icon at the upper right side of the mobile interface then will fades out after.

Then “Easy” text together with the Download on the App Store and Get it on Google Play button fades in at the left side of the screen, then “Easy” text will exit the scene by flipping into a new text, then lastly the “Secure” text will flip in above the “Download on the App store” and “Get it on Google Play” buttons.
