Introduction
An informative video, indicating on how you can manage your group benefits plan in a convenient way with the use of the Manulife Mobile app. It is also a step-by-step process video on how to register and how to use to it. It will also indicate the function of the buttons in the app.
On screen
Upbeat music plays in the background and Manulife logo appears on the screen.
On screen
The voiceover talent starts to speak. Then, the “Manage your group benefits plan” text fades into the left side of the scene, while the touch icon animates at the right side.

A dark navy background animates in, then a clock icon animates at the center of the scene together with the “Anytime” text below it. The clock icon and “Anytime” text will scale down then the location icons will animate in together with the “Anywhere” text below it. The location icon will scale up as it exits the scene.

On screen
The three add file icons will slowly scroll up at the left side of the scene then “Submit claims” text will fade in at the right side. One add file icon will slide in at the center then the “Submit claims” text will exit the scene by sliding behind the add file icon. Lastly, the add file icon will morph into a new icon.

The Manulife Mobile app allows you to submit claims on the go.
On screen
The phone icon will animate in at the center of the screen then will slide at the left side of the screen, followed by an animated check icon inside the phone icon. Then “View balances” text fades in at the right side of the scene. The phone, check icon and “View balances” text will exit the scene by fading out.
A card icon will fade in at the left side of the screen then “Download benefits card” text will appear as well, followed by “and more” text.

A green background will slide up, followed by a phone at the center of the screen as well.
The phone will scale in at the center and will zoom in to the search bar. Then “Manulife Mobile” text will be typed in at the search bar and the Manulife Mobile interface in the app store will fade in after.
A new interface will slide in at the phone from the right, then will scroll down to the Sign Up button and a gold rectangle will animate in around the Sign Up button.

Let’s dive right in and see how it works.
Based on your mobile device, open app store or google play store. Search Manulife Mobile and download the app. After launching the Manulife Mobile app, sign in with your Manulife ID and password.
On screen
The phone will slowly scale down and slide to the right of the screen, then a new interface in the phone will slide from the right. Then “Secure” text will fade in at the left side of the screen, followed by “Sign in process” text below it.

You can even enable biometrics for an easier sign in.
On screen
A new mobile interface will slide in from the right, then “Select” text will fade in at the left side of the screen. Followed by “Group Benefits” text below it.

Then select your Group Benefits account.
On screen
A new mobile interface will slide in from the right, as the phone will scale down and tilt to the right. Followed by “Not registered?” text at the left side of the screen.
A gold rectangle will animate in around the Set up your Manulife ID button, then “No problem!” text will appear below the “Not registered” text.

If you still need to register, click on Set up your Manulife ID.
On screen
The phone will scale in at the right side of the screen, while a new mobile interface will appear and slowly scroll down then “Setting up your Manulife ID is easy” text will fade in at the left side of the screen as it scrolls.

And you’ll be redirected to our registration page. You’ll need your plan contract number, certificate number, and some personal information.
On screen
A white background will slide down, as a new mobile interface slides in from the right. Then a question mark icon and “Questions?” text will fade in at the left side of the screen, followed by “We’re here to help!” text below it. Lastly, a gold square will animate in around the search icon at the upper right side of the mobile interface then willfade out after, together with texts and icon.

The phone will scale down as a new mobile interface slides in from the right. Then “Sign in” text will fade in at the left side of the screen, followed by “Choose what you want to do” text below it while a gold rectangle will animate in around the Submit a claim button then another gold rectangle will animate in around the View your coverage and balances button. Then the texts will fade out after.

Once you have your Manulife ID set up, and then sign into your account you’ll see all the options. From submitting a claim, to viewing your benefits coverage.
On screen
The mobile interface will scroll up, then “Check claims status find a healthcare provider Go to Manulife Vitality” text will fade in at left side of the screen with the “Check claims status” text on bold, while a gold square will animate in around the claims button at the bottom of the mobile interface and fades out after.
The “Check claims status” text will switch into a regular font while the “Find a healthcare provider” text will turn into bold, while a gold rectangle animates in around the Find a health care provider button and fades out after.
The “Find a healthcare provider” will switch back to a regular font while the “Go to Manulife Vitality” text will turn into bold, while a gold rectangle animates in around the Manulife Vitality button and fades our after together will all the texts at the left side of the screen.

But that’s not all, you can view the status of your claims, find a healthcare provider, jump to the vitality app and more.
On screen
The phone will scale up at the right side of the screen, as the “Manulife Mobile app” fades in at the left side of the screen and a new mobile interface slide in from the right, then the “Manulife Mobile app” fades our after. Then “Easy” text together with the Download on the App Store and Get it on Google Play button fades in at the left side of the screen, then “Easy” text will exit the scene by flipping into a new text, then lastly the “Secure” text will flip in above the “Download on the App store” and “Get it on Google Play” buttons.
