Introduction
A detailed step-by-step video on how to view your claim coverage and balances with the use of the Manulife Mobile App in a fast and easy way.
On screen
Upbeat music plays in the background, then the Manulife logo appears on the screen.
On screen
A dark navy background fades in then a mobile device icon will slide up at the center of the screen while the “Your benefits” text animates in below it then the “benefits” text animates out and gets replaced by the “way” text. Then the mobile icon does a shake behaviour at the center.

On screen
A green background will slide up followed by a mobile phone together with the Manulife Mobile App interface that will slide up at the center of the screen. Then the mobile phone will scale in at the center and scale down at the right side of the screen then the text “Log in” will appear with a typewriting effect at the left side of the screen.

Let’s take a look at how to check your claim coverage and balances. Log in to the Manulife Mobile App.
On screen
The text “Log in” will fade out while a new mobile interface will slide in from the right. The text “Select View Coverage” text will fade in followed by a gold rectangle that will animate in around the View your coverages & balances button.

The “Select View Coverage” text will fade out while a new mobile interface will slide in from the right. The “Choose Claim Type” text will fade in while the new mobile interface scrolls as the gold rectangle animates in around the word “Massage therapist”. Lastly, both the “Choose Claim Type” and the gold rectangle will fade out.

Choose the type of balance and service you’re searching for.
On screen
A new mobile interface will slide in followed by the “See Remaining Balance” text then the new mobile interface will scroll down and will exit the scene by sliding back to the right while the “See Remaining Balance” text will fade out.

From there, you can see what remaining balance or currencies you have left for this specific service. You can also...

The “Review Recent Claims” text will fade in at the left side of the screen then will fade out after then the mobile interface will scroll down at the bottom of the main navigation while the “Here’s How” text will fade in at the left side of the screen. Then, a gold rectangle will animate in around the Claims button and will fade out after.

Review all your recent claims and past statements on the Manulife Mobile App. Here’s how, return to the main navigation and click on claims.

A new Manulife Mobile App interface will fade in as the mobile phone scrolls up.

Then select the claim that you wish to review.

A white background will slide up behind the mobile phone while a new mobile interface will fade in. Then a new mobile interface will slide in from the right while the “Easier” text will fade in then will flip into the “Faster” text and will fade out after.
Then the “Manulife Mobile app” text and the Download on the App Store and Get it on Google Play buttons will fade in at the left side of the screen.
